Sideroblastic anemia is a result of X linked recessive inheritance caused by mutation or sudden change in the genetic structure of chromosome due to external or internal factors needless to say both XX and XY chromosome should have the evil gene ALAS2 evidently present on X chromosome. In brief if a male has X’Y gene he will express the abnormalities of the disease while in case of a female X”X will not get affected by the disease she will just be a carrier of the disease. In the opposite context if the same female is X’X’she will be showing the signs and ailments of the disease. Literally a father will never be able to pass the disease to his offspring’s while the carrier or affected mother will be responsible for the propagation of Sideroblastic anemia to the future generations.

a) Genetic inheritance due to mutation
b) Alcohol abuse and Sideroblastic anemia
c) Lead poisoning and Sideroblastic anemia
d) Drug abuse and Sideroblastic anemia
